These guns are located at Lazy Bar L Gunsmithing in Hankinson. You will need to pay for your items PRIOR to pickup and then schedule an appointment to do your Federal NICS Background Check and pickup your firearm.

When you purchase a firearm make sure you do the following:
1.) Your bidder information MUST match your real name, and Driver’s License.
2.) If paying with a credit card, the name on the card must match your driver’s license.
3.) Your driver’s license, and if needed, your permit to purchase or Conceal and Carry Permit MUST also match your bidder profile.
4.) A NICS/Transfer charge of $30 will apply to EACH firearm, NO EXCEPTIONS. This will be paid directly to Lazy Bar L Gunsmithing at the time of pickup before the NICS check will be done.
5.) Your firearm must be paid for before the NICS check will be done. If you do not pass the NICS check, the firearm will be resold on auction for you at our normal rate and the firearm will remain in our possession.
6.) If you have a hold on your NICS check, we will hold your firearm until you clear the check. Typically can be from 1 day to 1 week.
7.) The firearm MUST be paid for before pickup. You will need to pay for your Firearm BEFORE you can pickup your firearm. Please plan accordingly.
8.) No one may pick up the firearm for you. The person bidding one the gun MUST be the one to pick it up.
9.) If you are NOT from North Dakota the firearm MUST be SHIPPED to a licensed FFL Dealer in your state ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. The fee for the handgun which includes, shipping, handling & transfer fee is $35.00. The fee for the rifles, which includes shipping, handling & transfer fee is $45.00. This will be added directly to the invoice. Let us know before you pay that you want the firearm shipped so we can add the fee directly to the invoice.
10.) If you want a rifle shipped, it MUST be shipped to a licensed FFL Dealer in your state ONLY. The fee for the rifles, which includes shipping, handling & transfer fee is $45.00. 11.) If you are purchasing a handgun you must have the proper documentation for your state and the handgun MUST be shipped to a FFL Dealer in YOUR STATE. There is NO pickup on handguns if you live outside of North Dakota.

Inspections: By Appointment ONLY. Inspection is encouraged so you can bid with confidence knowing that this equipment is the condition you are expecting. You will need to call 701-403-1077 to set up an appointment. We try to describe every item with full disclosure. If you bid without inspecting a lot then you are forfeiting the right to any refunds.
Payments: All items MUST be PAID by pickup date for all auctions. Items not paid for by close of pickup day will be marked as no-show, items will be forfeited and bidding account will be suspended.
Checks: Will be accepted with prior approval
Pickup: We will only hold items if paid for by pickup day and with prior approval. Our space is very limited! Items won that are not paid for on the pick-up day will be forfeited and set as 'no-show', items will then become property of 3RT. We will not hold them for the winning bidder unless payment and other arrangements have been made by calling:

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
