Auction managed by Gange Auto. Payments can be made by cash, cashiers check, or wire transfer only (must be completed 2 days prior to load out), NO EXCEPTIONS. All invoices must be paid on or before removal day. All items sold AS IS.
"Paid" Items not picked up within 7 days are subject to a $100 a week storage fee unless prior arrangements have been made. "Paid" items not picked up within 30 days are considered abandoned and will once again be property of Gange Auto Sales, Inc. with no refund to buyer.
Tax, Title, and License is the responsibility of buyer to register vehicle in their particular State. Title will be provided to buyer by Gange Auto Sales, Inc. after payment and pick up of vehicle.

In accordance with ND laws, the title will be mailed to buyer by Certified Mail within 45 days after Gange Auto Sales, Inc. has received verified funds. Gange Auto Sales, Inc. will provide a North Dakota buyer a 75-day temporary sticker. If the buyer is from any other state, a 30-day drive out sticker will be provided. Buyer is then responsible for bringing the title and purchase agreement to their local DMV to transfer the title to their name. Buyer is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the title transfer process.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Gange Auto can deliver vehicle on the I-94 corridor between Billings, MT and Alexandria, MN at 1.00 per loaded mile. Please make prior arrangements for either delivery or to be picked up by buyer. This will be done within 7 days of auction closing. Invoice will be updated to reflect mileage cost if Gange Auto is to deliver. All vehicles that are delivered MUST be prepaid.
