All Items must be paid for no later then the day of pick-up.
1. All items being picked up or shipped need to be paid for by day of scheduled pick-up. Either thru K-BID website or calling us at 763-571-5345 Shipping charges will be a seperate charge and paid thru us.
2. We will hold items that have been paid for up to 10 days. After that point we have the option of disposing of, reselling or charging storage fee's.
3. Will allow up to 4 individuals in the building at one time, Social Distancing and Masks are Require . You can also reserve a time for pick up and your items will be ready to go. Call 763 - 571 -5345 to request a specific time.
4. All Items shall be picked up in the back of the building

Items are to be picked up or shipping scheduled on the removal date. Any paid-for items not picked up during the scheduled days/times, will be considered abandoned property and forfeited without a refund within 10 days after pickup date.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is available on items noted in lot descriptions additional taxes may be due on items purchased when shipped in Minnesota. Most larger items can only be shipped using SPEE-DEE delivery so you must be in their 5 state delivery area.
We are not responsible for lost shipments, damaged shipments missing items or any type of mishap that could occur that would cause your shipment to be unsatisfactory. If you would like insurance on your package please indicate that to us at the time of the shipping payment. We will add it to your shipping,
