This sale is in a beautiful home on the shores of Eagle Lake in Big Lake, MN. It is filled with so many wonderful items from beautiful furniture including Victorian furniture, home decor items, glassware and so much more!
Make sure to check out the "Part Two" auction for his same location! There were so many treasures, we created two separate auctions.
This auction is being held in a private home which has been sold. Therefore, we are under a time constraint to conduct the auction and remove the items at the conclusion of the auction. ALL items need to be picked up on the scheduled removal day. There are no exceptions. The staff at Estate Sales Minnesota live almost an hour away and cannot make special arrangements for pick ups for individuals. If you are bidding on this auction, make sure you are available on the pick up day or send someone in your place for your items. Again, the house is sold and we have limited time to access the home. There are no exceptions to the pick up day/time. Thank you.

Late removals should not be expected. A $25 trip charge per item will be charged to schedule late removals. We cannot accomodate special dates and times for pick ups. Inspection & Removal

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping will be available for smaller items at the cost of shipping in addition to our processing fees. Our processing fee structure is as follows:
