1997 F-5070 International Dump Truck Paystar 5000. Has a mechanical N14 Cummins engine 435HP and a 13 speed Eaton transmission. Previous to my client purchasing this two years ago it just had a new clutch and realignment all the way around also miscellaneous other new parts. Truck was used up until it was parked last September. My clients relative passed away so all of these items are from his estate. Both Dump trucks were running and used up until last September. Owner just bought $500 in new batteries this week for this dump truck.PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A VERY STRICT 1 DAY PICK UP ONLY Wednesday October 21st 10:30AM-3PM Only- NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you choose to use a Bank Certified Cashiers Check it can only be used for Invoices over $2,000 and as long as we can verify from the bank that the funds were drawn on your bank and you provide proper ID of the person who obtained the Bank Certified Cashiers Check. Might be good to bring the receipt as well from the transaction. Please check with your bank first to see if they will speak with us. Also let us know before pick up day if you are bringing a Bank Certified Cashiers Check.
Wire Transfer for amounts in excess of $5,000 only(bidder pays incoming wire fee). Please Call first before auction ends to get prior approval for wire transfer. Product will not be released until all funds have cleared if paying with a wire transfer. It can take 2-3 days for funds to clear. It is best to wire funds no later then 10am the day after the auction closes to make sure it has cleared by pick up day. This is not our preferred method but we do accept it.

Please bring your own dollies, boxes, packing material or pallets if needed plus any equipment and your own help to move any items that might require it.

A $40.00 Trip Charge will be Added to any Invoice that Requires a Staff Member to Return to the Sale Site Before or after the Preview or Removal Times. This DOES NOT MEAN we will allow you to come a day other then the date given for removal.
As with all K-BID.com Auctions, The Buyer is responsible Inspecting All items prior to Bidding and Safe, Neat Removal and Loading of the Items. Bidders responsibility to test all electrical items.
Please bring Help, Tools and the Proper size equipment or Vehicle to Haul your items. Auction Staff is available Onsite to Help FIND Your Items. They Are NOT FREE Loading Labor!!!
IF you Need Help Loading and "if" there is auction staff available a Fee of $20.00 to $50.00 per Item dependent on Size, Weight and Location. Auction staff is not always available so please plan on bringing your own help. This does not include large or heavy items those items you must be prepared to bring your own help and equipment to remove.
Items must be paid for by the pick up date. Any item(s) not picked up on the scheduled day will not be held by the auctioneer unless arrangements were made before auction close. Most auctions are held on-site at our client's location so we will not take responsibility for items not picked up on the scheduled date even if they were paid for.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Winning bidder is responsible for inspecting prior to purchase. Failure to pay for and pick up items may result in loss of bidding privileges. Shipping for small lots only (no "contents lots" or large items) PLEASE CALL Jeff at 612-590-3748 the day before pickup if you want your items shipped. We may be too busy the day of pickup to take payment on shipped items. Shipping will have a $10.00 courier fee plus shipping and handling cost from the UPS store. You will pay the UPS store directly for shipping and pay us for your auction item and the courier fee. All sold as is with no guarantees so please inspect. Please bring your own boxes to pack your items. We try our best to accurately describe every item however if there is a discrepancy between the lot pictures and the description we will use the description.
