All FFL transfers and gun possessions are to be done at Lone Tree Supply.
Payment is to be made in person at Mid-Valley Auctions in Portland ND. Then take your paid invoice to Lone Tree Supply, pay the $20 FFL transfer fee, and take possession of your firearm(s).
When you purchase a firearm make sure you do the following:
1.) Your bidder information MUST match your real name, NO aliases!
2.) If paying with a credit card, the name on the card must match your driver’s license, online payment isn’t an option.
3.) Your driver’s license, and if needed, your permit to purchase or Conceal and Carry Permit MUST also match your bidder profile.
4.) A NICS/Transfer charge of $20 will apply to each firearm, no exceptions.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES!
**SHIPPING AVAILABLE**
Shipping in the Spee-Dee Delivery area (Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, & Iowa). $30 flat rate per lot. MUST be shipped to a currently licensed, publicly known FFL dealer for the FFL transfer. We would contact the FFL dealer, need a copy of their FFL license, and be able to search for them on Google to see that they are a publicly advertised FFL dealer shop. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If ANY of the rules are broken, the invoice is STILL owing regardless of your ability to take possession of the gun (we would re-auction it off in our next auction for you). Please read the transfer and shipping rules clearly before bidding.

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Call before bidding with any shipping or delivery questions.
Some items WILL NOT BE SHIPPED.
All items must be paid for on pickup day.
