It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all items upon pickup. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. All items are to be paid for by the Pickup Day. If you want to make other arrangements for pickup at a later date, we will try to accommodate your needs, however, all purchases must be paid in full by the original Pickup Day of this auction.

At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. All winning items must be picked up on the specified removal day, or other arrangements must be made by purchaser.
Any paid-for items not picked up within 30 days by the purchaser will be considered abandoned property and forfeited without a refund.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bonafide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping in only available for limited items on the auction. Shipping is NOT available on large, over-sized items or on any LED/LCD/Plasma TV's or Monitors.
