When Leighton Broadcasting built a brand new studio for their flagship station, 1310 A.M KNOX, they left a lot of treasures behind at the old building, and they are offering these treasures to you! We will be selling the ENTIRE BUILDING and ALL contents. In this auction, we will be starting with the smaller items that can easily be removed, with the larger items like the HVAC and actual building in the spring.
In this auction, look for: sound and recording equipment, storage items, doors, computer parts, office equipment, etc.
ALL items in this auction are being sold AS IS. While many items were left fully functional to move to a new building with new equipment, there are no warranties with any items purchased.
JT's buck will have all the proceeds donated to the Northlands Rescue Mission Backpack Program! This program ensures children who don't have enough to eat will have food provided.
This is located at the "Radio Ranch" on Old Belmont Road in South Grand Forks. Look for the towers!
Due to the type of items offered in this auction, shipping will not be offered but, if you want to arrange shipping ahead of time for certain items, please ensure you are making arrangements before you bid.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
