Inspection and removal by appointment
Removal times are available during the week of Christmas. If you choose shipping and want your items to arrive before Christmas, please call and arrange on Monday morning, Dec 21st. Expedited shipping service is available, however, we cannot guarantee your purchase will arrive on time due to exceptionally long shipping delays currently experienced by some carriers. We will make every effort to accommodate your wishes.

Check policy: Trader Auction & Liquidation accepts personal checks up to $2,500 with a valid photo I.D. Returned check fee is $35 or maximum allowable by law. We reserve the right to refuse any check. Amounts over $2,500 paid with check must be with certified funds.
NEW POLICY IN EFFECT SEPT 1, 2020: A daily storage rate of $1.50/day per lot will be owed on items held for pick up at a later date. This charge does not apply to lots being shipped. Maximum storage time for paid lots is 21 days following the closing of the auction. Paid lots left behind for more than 21 days are considered abandoned and will become the property of Trader Auction & Liquidation. No notice or reminders will be made.
Items have not been tested unless otherwise described in the lot descriptions. Trader Auction & Liquidation makes no warranty as to the condition of items offered herein. Buyer is responsible for inspecting equipment prior to purchase. Used equipment comes with used equipment issues, including minor mechanical issues, interior and exterior imperfections. Pick up day is not inspection day.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
All items on this auction are available for shipping. Parcels shipped in the Midwest are sent via Spee-Dee. Parcels shipped outside the Midwest are sent via FedEx. We do no ship internationally and cannot ship to PO boxes.
