This Auction is for all assets of the closed Max & Erma's Restaurant & Bar
All 3 phase power has been disconnected from building.
Water to the building has been turned off.
Successful Bidders are required to (when needed) safely disconnect any 120v power, plumbing or fasteners affixing items to walls floors or other lots.
Bring everything needed for removal of your items as well as any help you may need to safely remove those Items with you. There will be no physical help, ladders, tools etc. provided by us for removal of your items. It is your responsibility bring these with you for removal.
There will be 2 doors for load out. The main double doors as well as one side door. We ask that you bring your patience with you during load out as everything will have to go through these doors. There is a rear door but layout of exterior does not make it conducive for ease of moving items out of the building.

Successful Bidders must schedule an appointment for pickup!!! Invoices will not be processed and no lots will be loaded without a scheduled appointment. If you did not schedule a removal appointment be prepared to wait for the next open appointment time!!! This is for our safety as well as yours, to limit only 1 buyer at the pay table at any given time.
Successful bidders need to click on the Invoices Tab in your Dashboard at the conclusion of the auction to schedule a time for pickup of your items on Friday Jan. 15th Between 9:00 AM To 4:00 PM or Saturday Jan. 16th Between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Please Adhere to the time you schedule for pick up to limit the amount of people we have at the payment table at one time. If you are not feeling well please arrange to have someone else pick up your items for you.
If you are not able to lift and load items that you purchased you are responsible to bring adequate help with you for loadout of your items. No help will be provided for load out for this off site auction.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
