Title Transfers- We issue 21 day permits for any vehicle with out license plates for Minnesota Residents. For out of state residents we issue 31 day permits. Title transfers may be delayed on us receiving title. Average transfer takes 1-2 weeks and plates are mailed accordingly.
We accept all credit cards in person for a 3% fee of for any total over $5,000. We accept cash, cashiers checks as well.
