Dock High Loading is available. Facility can accomodate 53ft semi trucks. All lots are staged by the auction company, however the buyer is responsible for loading. If loading services are needed, arrangement and payment for those services must be received prior to you scheduled loading time slot. All Removal Will Be By Appointment Only. If you arrive at the auction location without a loading slot reserved you will be turned away. All removals will be scheduled at the time of payment.
Payment must be received on December 19 only. Credit Card or Wire Transfer is accepted. Payments to be made at Fergus Falls, MN office by calling (218) 736-7000. NO On-Site payments will be accepted. Any buyers that have not paid by the end of business on December 19 will be marked as a non performing bidder. If you are a resale customer, please provide us with your tax certificate, otherwise Grand Forks, ND sales taxes will be charged.

There is a 13% BUYERS PREMIUM (13% BP) on this auction. All NON-Credit/Debit Card payments MADE IN-FULL (invoiced amount) will receive a 3% Reduction in BUYERS PREMIUM (10% BP).
Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected.
At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is not available for this auction.
All arrangements for shipping via truck or LTL are by buyer only. Arrangements must be made prior to pickup for scheduled dock slot.
