Additional Product Needed - Sometimes a lot may be just a carton or two short of what you need. Inquire if you are in need of additional material to make a lot work for your space. Sometimes we are selling excess inventory and may have more in our warehouse. At other times, the product is discontinued and all that is available is on auction.
In-floor vents, transitions, trims, and moldings - These items are sold on site. While we may not have the exact matching transition for a flooring product being sold, however we have many coordinating options for a lot of the floor coverings we sell. All clearance transitions and vents are $9.99 each.
Carpet Pad, Hard Surface Underlay, and Adhesive - For carpet pad, we stock many varieties on site that are available for purchase to compliment any carpet/ remnant purchased on auction. We also stock underlay for vinyl, laminate, and hardwood flooring as well as many hard surface adhesives.

For inspection, please enter through the HOM Floors Outlet/Commercial entrance. Someone will be able to assist in viewing all available lots.
When you arrive for pickup of your item/s, drive along the left side of the building to door 28. Ring the doorbell and someone will come to assist you. For pickup, print or be prepared to show your paid invoice. Please pay online before arrival when possible, it will save both you and us a lot of time!

Payments accepted: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Cash (Exact Change Only). No change is available and checks will not be accepted. Only credit cards with a United States billing address will be accepted.
Please plan to remove your items with an appropriate vehicle such as a truck and/or trailer. We can load out at ground level or at our loading dock if needed.
Late removals may not be accommodated. Communicate with us if you cannot remove your item/s within the allotted removal time frame or if you miss your appointment time slot.
A forklift and staff will be available to assist with loading. For liability reasons, please be aware that we will not be able to assist with securing any load.
All product is sold as-is with no returns. There will be no warranty provided. Installation is not available on any product we sell through K-BID. All product sizes/ measurements provided are deemed reliable, but are not guaranteed and should be independently verified.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Home/ Business Delivery:
Please contact us at orders@rumriverflooring.com for shipping quotes. Shipping will be via common carrier. In your request for a quote, please provide your address and specify if you have loading dock or if you will need life gate service.
Transfer to Pick Up:
Please contact us at orders@rumriverflooring.com to: set up transfers prior to paying for your lot, inquire about pallet size, or check on pick up dates available. If multiple lots are won by the same bidder, they may be consolidated to less pallets for transfer if possible. Transfers may add 1-5 business days on to removal. Orders must be paid in full prior to the end of scheduled removal in Anoka, MN and to transfer to any location.
