ALL VEHICLES ARE TEST DRIVEN 20 MILES. We will note if there are any major mechanical issues evident from our 20 mile test drive. As with all used cars they may come with typical maintenance or mechanical issues. It is your responsibility to inspect before your winning bid.

PAYMENT: Cash, Personal Checks and Cashiers Check are accepted for any amount and are the preferred payment method. Credit Cards are accepted, 3% processing fee will apply to bids over $5000. Online payments are accepted through Square UP TO $5000.
REMOVAL: Please bring your Drivers License and Insurance Information, current policy is fine, DOES NOT need to be on vehicle purchased. 21 Day Permits are issued when necessary.
TITLE TRANSFER: We are a licensed MN Auto Dealer and complete all IN-STATE title transfers. Tabs / plates are mailed out within 3 weeks of vehicle purchase. Out of State Buyers complete their own title transfer, 31 DAY temporary permits are issued, and $125 doc fee is only applicable fee.

"Paid" Items not picked up within 7 days are subject to a $100 a week storage fee unless prior arrangements have been made. "Paid" items not picked up within 90 days are considered abandoned and will once agin be property of Minnewaska Motors.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
FREE METRO DELIVERY:
FREE delivery to anywhere within 30 Miles of Minneapolis. If you wish to have your vehicle delivered please email us at DELIVERY@mnautoauctions.com with your address and we will update your invoice to reflect the exact amount due including delivery. All vehicles that are delivered MUST be prepaid online through the SQUARE app on the K-bid.com website AFTER you email us and we update your invoice. NO CASH OR CHECKS on delivery.
Standard delivery is still available for $2.25 per loaded mile OUTSIDE OF THE METRO AREA. Minimum delivery fee is $195. WE ALSO SHIP NATIONWIDE!!
Payment in person is preferred due to the likelihood of decreased title transfer fees.
