This unit has not been picked or gone threw. It is the same as the storage customer left it and no one can go into the unit until sold and paid for.
Winning bidder must contact Rick at Mid-Valley Auctions within 12 hours of auction close to set up payment and unit cleanout.
Unit must be cleaned out within 5 days of auction close. A $100.00 deposit is required to gain access to unit which will be refunded once unit is emptied and left in broom swept condition.
