Building Height: 18' to bottom of roof truss.
Length: 80' Width: 40'.
Building is in great shape - needs a new owner because they are repurposing the space. Treated Lumber, 4x4 vertical beams.
Winning Bidder is Responsible for the complete teardown and neat, safe removal of the building. Buyer is responsible for proper insurance for their workers while onsite. There is No help (manpower, tools or otherwise) available for removal of the building. Building must be completely removed including any garbage or unwanted portions by 4/26/2021. NO Exceptions!! If you cannot remove the building in this timeframe - Do Not Bid.
The concrete slab is the only part of the building that the buyer is not responsible for. The slab stays, everything else goes.
The foundation Footings are (3) 2x6s put together. Per code from when the building was put in 5-6 years ago, they do have a little concrete in the footings to hold them.
There is No power close to the building. The Main building which is hundreds of yards away on the property is the only place to run power from. Buyer will probably want to bring a generator for power during teardown.
