New-in-box Vipertek stun gun.
Per the manufacturer:
Safety Disable Pin: Prevents an attacker from taking this stun gun away and using it on you. A strap worn around your wrist attaches to a disable pin on the bottom of the unit. If the stun gun is taken from you the pin will pull out, preventing it from working. The VIPERTEK VTS-979 stun gun really packs a punch! Just test firing this unit into the air is often enough to stop an attacker. As the bright electric current pulsates between the test prongs and creates an intimidating electrical sound, an attacker with any sense at all will be stopped in his tracks. If the sight and sound doesn't stop him, a jolt from this stun gun certainly will bring an attacker down! When an attacker is touched by the stun gun it will disrupt the message the brain sends to the voluntary muscles. Simply touching an attacker will deliver a high voltage shock causing loss of balance and muscle control, confusion, and disorientation bringing him to his knees and making him incapable of further aggressive activity.
*For any items requiring More than one person to lift / haul, you are responsible for removal. WE WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU ANY HELP TO LIFT OR HAUL THESE ITEMS. IF HELP IS WANTED FROM STAFF, THERE WILL BE A REMOVAL FEE.
*BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES WITH YOUR ITEMS. You are responsible to INSPECT your lots to make sure you got all of the correct items ASWELL AS making sure what you got is how it was described on the auction site (functionality , cosmetics, etc.)
*Some times due to the size of the auction things do get mixed up. Please make sure what you have is what you bid on. We will not entertain any refunds or bring you items that you missed after the item has left the estate.

We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards either in person or by phone, PayPal, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Personal Checks under $51.00 with ID.
Any removal out of our SCHEDULED REMOVAL TIMES will be subject to a MINIMUM $20.00 transfer charge.
If you feel a item was not listed properly, you have one week to make your case. If we feel a refund is in order, item will need to be returned to us within one week of removal. Once we pay our sellers we cannot make adjustments. Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

We use a 3rd party shipper to ship all of our items! they charge a $10 minimum handling/ packing fee and the price will go up depending how much packing and handling is required to ship.. If your item is already in a box ready to ship there will be no handling charge. We use SPEEDEE , USPS, and FEDEX. Rates will vary depending on Size and weight.
When paying online please let the cashier know that you have paid online at the removal or call 612-227-4341 for shipping arrangements PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SCHEDULED REMOVAL.
