Exquisite formal dining room table with two leaves and protector pads, six chairs and a matching Queen Anne style hutch. This set was made by Singer Furniture: Manor House and was purchased for approximately $6,000 new. Yes, the same folks that have brought us sewing machines for over 150 years also spent decades growing a high-end furniture line, which ultimately closed its doors in 1997.
This dining table is in exceptional condition and comes with protector pads to help preserve the glossy finish from accidental spills and scrapes for years to come. And, if you like to entertain large groups, you'll appreciate that the table comes with two 18" leaves - ideal for dinner parties or holiday gatherings. The Queen Anne dining chairs feature matching wood grain and tasteful ivory upholstered cushions.
But wait, there's more! This lot also includes a stunning Queen Anne hutch with sidelights, glass shelving and interior display lights. On the bottom half you'll find two cupboards and three drawers with elegant brass hardware. Finally, this piece piece is topped by a split pediment and turned finial.
Measurements are as follows:
Dining table: 29.5" tall x 61.5" long x 41.75" wide. (The table comes with two additional leaves that are 18" wide.)
Hutch: 83.5" tall x 54" wide x 17" deep. Please note that the hutch does come apart in two pieces for easier transport.
IMPORTANT: Bring help to move and load! Nordeast Resale employees cannot assist. Also note: contents of hutch are not included and will be emptied out prior to pickup day.
*For any items requiring More than one person to lift / haul, you are responsible for removal. WE WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU ANY HELP TO LIFT OR HAUL THESE ITEMS. IF HELP IS WANTED FROM STAFF, THERE WILL BE A REMOVAL FEE.
*BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES WITH YOUR ITEMS. You are responsible to INSPECT your lots to make sure you got all of the correct items ASWELL AS making sure what you got is how it was described on the auction site (functionality , cosmetics, etc.)
*Some times due to the size of the auction things do get mixed up. Please make sure what you have is what you bid on. We will not entertain any refunds or bring you items that you missed after the item has left the estate.

We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards either in person or by phone, PayPal, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Personal Checks under $100.00 with ID.
Any removal out of our SCHEDULED REMOVAL TIMES will be subject to a MINIMUM $20.00 transfer charge.
If you feel a item was not listed properly, you have one week to make your case. If we feel a refund is in order, item will need to be returned to us within one week of removal. Once we pay our sellers we cannot make adjustments. Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

We use a 3rd party shipper to ship all of our items! they charge a $10 minimum handling/ packing fee and the price will go up depending how much packing and handling is required to ship.. If your item is already in a box ready to ship there will be no handling charge. We use SPEEDEE , USPS, and FEDEX. Rates will vary depending on Size and weight.
When paying online please let the cashier know that you have paid online at the removal or call 612-227-4341 for shipping arrangements PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SCHEDULED REMOVAL.
