Please Read This Before Bidding.
These are older conveyors that have been sitting for a while, with attention they could be put into service or you could salvage them for parts or scrap iron. I will only load them, obviously some may need to be cut into sections for loading because of length or height issues. This is your responsibility to prep them, again I will only load them to your trailer.
I need this staging area where the conveyors are sitting, Therefore the conveyors need to be removed by 4:00pm Friday April 23rd 2021. If you can not do this, please do not bid! If you bid on them and do not have them removed by then, you forfeit all monies paid and by 5:00 pm that day we will have them scrapped.
There is No shipping of these conveyors for this auction.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
If an item needs to be shipped, call us before bidding, a pallet fee per lot will be charged to the buyer based on the packaging criteria needed for shipment, nothing is shipped until all invoices and shipping costs are paid in full.

Payment is expected the day of pickup, if for some reason you are unable to pickup at the scheduled time please call before bidding, we maybe able to accomodate a different pickup time for you. DO NOT assume it will work for us unless you call prior to bidding.
