Very nice clean boat, upholstery looks great, has some aftermarket speakers and subs, stainless prop, trailer is in good shape and is included with sale. Consigner stated they had used the boat multiple times last year on the lake. Was unable to start the boat so cannot guarantee the condition of motor. Boat has been winterized.

The winning bidder of this lot MUST complete and submit the "Vehicle Registration Form" (found on bidder Dashboard/Invoices) by Noon the day following the auction close.
No Shows
We now require all winning bidders to connect us (763-202-7252 Call/Text or TwinCitiesAuctionsLLC@gmail.com) to schedule a time/day to pick up their vehicle within 2 days of auction close. If you do not you will be marked as a No Show. Bidders who do not show up at their scheduled time of pick up will be marked as a No Show. Those marked as a No Show will lose their bidding privileges.

Payments
We take Credit/Debit cards, Cashiers checks and cash at our location. We do NOT accept personal/business checks so plan ahead. Debit/Credit card transactions with a bid price over $5,000 will have a 3% Transaction Fee applied to the final amount. VEHCILES MUST BE PAID WITHIN 2 DAYS OF AUCTION END OR HAVE MADE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS.
Transportation
We offer transportation on all our lots. Give us a call or email for a quote and we will get right back to you!
Average vehicle transportation is $2.00 per mile, Rates may vary based on location and vehicle.
Removal
All Vehicles once paid must be removed within one week of auction close unless prior arrangements are made with affiliate. If paid vehicle is not removed within a week of close, bidder is subject to $100 a week thereafter before keys will be released.
Title Processing
All bidders are subject to $125 Documentary fee. That includes but is not limited to licensed car dealers, MN residents, out of state residents, those living on reservation, etc. We issue 21-day permits and 31-day permits when needed. State filing fees are listed below each lot but are subject to change after lot closing. All bidders must fill out registration information before coming to pick up vehicle. Bring the ID(s) of those who title will belong to when coming for pick ups

If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
