Important information about this auction: many of the items are heavy and/or bulky, possibly requiring multiple people to disassemble and load. Please come prepared with your own tools and adequate help to disassemble and load. All items are on the ground floor with multiple doors of access. A limited number of carts will be available for your use. A forklift and driver are on hand. No tools will be provided. There is limited power in the building so definitely bring battery operated tools, if necessary.
Online payments through the K-BID Dashboard prior to pick up are encouraged but we do accept payments on site (see terms).
Signs will be posted along Taft Avenue directing where to drive in. You will have to drive through a parking lot shared by other businesses, including a restaurant. We ask that you stay alert for pedestrians and other vehicles, especially during peak times such as over the noon hour.

PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON JUNE 19TH. Unpaid invoices left over at end of business on June 19th will be listed as no-shows unless arrangements have been made.
Payment methods include cash, credit card up to $5,000, cashier's check and wire transfers. Buyers may pay online through the K-BID Dashboard prior to removal.
Check policy: I-35 Auctions accepts personal checks up to $2,500 with a valid photo I.D. Returned check fee is $35 or maximum allowable by law. We reserve the right to refuse any check. Amounts over $2,500 paid with check must be with certified funds.
PLEASE PICK UP YOUR ITEMS IN A TIMELY MANNER: with this being an off-site auction, we do not have control over the property and so be aware that if items are not picked up promptly, they will probably go in the trash! If you cannot make the designated pickup days, please communicate with us as quickly as possible.
Items have not been tested unless otherwise described in the lot descriptions. I-35 Auctions makes no warranty as to the condition of items offered herein. Buyer is responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Used items come with used issues, including minor mechanical issues, interior and exterior imperfections. Pick up day is not inspection day.
I-35 Auctions is not responsible for accidents, injuries or damage to property while visiting the auction site.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
SPECIAL TERMS FOR SHIPPING FOR THIS AUCTION: We cannot offer shipping for large items on this auction. Please inquire via email if there are specific small (parcel) items you would like shipped. We use Spee-dee; shipping day is once weekly on Thursdays. A minimum $15 handling fee will be added per order.
