Colorado vehicle. Very clean car that runs great. The body on the car is solid and straight. The paint is very nice with just a few chips around. Underbody has undercoating on it and is solid. The interior is original and in excellent condition. 332 cu in V8 engine that starts right up when you turn the key. The retractable hardtop is not working properly right now. The top motors and relays work, but the top is out of sequence. The power trunk lid works properly. This is a very rare vehicle and one of the most popular years. Odometer is indicating 60,080, there is no way to know for sure, but by condition the seller believes the odometer has not clicked over yet and it is very possible 60,080 is accurate.

IF you need help loading and "if" there is auction staff available, there will be a Fee of $20.00 to $50.00 dependent on Size, Weight and Location of the items. Auction staff is not always available, please plan on bringing your own help. Auction staff is not able to assist with large or heavy items, for those items you must be prepared to bring your own help and equipment to remove.
Items must be paid for by the pick up date. Any item(s) not picked up on the scheduled day will not be held by the auctioneer unless arrangements were made before auction close. Most auctions are held on-site at our client's location; D&J Auctions will not take responsibility for items that are not picked up on the scheduled date, even if they were paid for.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is available on many of the items in the auction. Insurance for shipping is available at the buyer's discretion.
We will ship items as safely and securely as possible, however D & J Auctions will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
