The Envirobrator System well over 100,000 new is designed to blast clean vertical surfaces using steel shot or grit as the abrasive cleaning media. The Hoist System, mounted at the top of the structure being cleaned, pulls the Hanger Assembly up the surface as the Blast Module oscillates horizontally to provide an 80"wide cleaning path. The oscillation and hoisting speeds are remotely adjustable to provide the desired cleaning rate. During cleaning, the abrasive media is contained, circulated and cleaned within the Blast Module. A vacuum hose carries the paint and dust, removed from the surface, down to the Dust Collection Cart on the ground. A cyclone separator deposits 90% of the dust into a 55 gallon drum.
