Inspections: Are done by appointment only. Some vehicles are kept off site and inspections will need to be coordinated. Please call or text to setup appointment. Inspections are not allowed after the auction has ended.
Payment: Payment is due within 1 day of Auction Close, Cash, Cashiers check and wire transfers are accepted. Credit Cards are accepted up to $5000.00.
Removal: Test Drives are not allowed after the auction has ended. You must set up an appointment for removal time. Will need drivers license and a current insurance policy (can be on any other current vehicle policy). Temporary permits will be issued when needed. Due to Covid-19 all removals are by appointment only. We are able to coordinate contactless pickup if needed
As with all used cars, this car may come with typical used car issues, including minor mechanical issues. It is your responsibility to inspect prior to purchase. Photographs are considered part of the item description, please use all information provided to you to assess the value of this item before bidding. Late Removals/Storage Fee's: Please acknowledge and abide by the removal dates/times. A $100 appointment fee will be charged for any appointments for payment/pickup outside the stated removal date. Payment is always required during the removal period. A $200 weekly storage fee will apply to any purchases not picked up on the stated removal date.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
