Great Dane Self Storage - Unit #30 - NOT ABANDONED
This is NOT an abandoned unit. This is a unit that was used by the owner of the facility, but he wants the unit emptied. The primary item here is a vintage John Deere 116 lawn tractor. It was running when parked here a couple years ago, but it clearly needs work. The seat is shot, and at least one wheel needs air, with the engine condition unknown. A few other items in the unit as well. Please bring all items needed to load this up.
Please note there is a $75 cleaning deposit required at time of payment. This will be returned when the unit is emptied and swept!

According to storage locker auction protocol the locker was opened and pictures taken as possible without moving the contents. The locker was then re-locked and sealed with a numbered metal seal (see images). Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
