THIS BOAT IS SOLD COMPLETELY AS IS. THE SELLER HAS NOT HAD THE BOAT LOOKED AT BY A MECHANIC SINCE THE PROBLEM AROSE. THE SELLER BELIEVES IT IS AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE PREVENTING THE MOTOR FROM STARTING.
The owner had the boat on a cantilever lift that malfunctioned and had the engine compartment sitting in about 6" of water. There is obvious corrosion on the electrical connections and likely corrosion inside the starter as well. Due to the electrical problems the owner is unable to get the motor started.
The motor is original to the boat, it is a MerCruiser AlphaOne 350 Magnum 5.7L V8 that was originally pushing 250HP. The motor was fully rebuilt 3 years ago, and is believed to be still fully functional. The seats and hull are still in good condition for its age, there are some cracks in the seats but about what should be expected. The set of covers for the boat will also be included as pictured.
When last used, last summer, all electronics were working properly, including tilt/trim, bilge, blower, lights, depthfinder, and CD player. It is believed that the wiring for most of those components needs to be looked at for water damage as well.
Also included is the ShoreLand'r trailer with Equiload support system. One tire is a little bit low in the pictures, but the owner doesn't recall ever putting air in the tires, there is very likely not a significant leak.
