REMOVAL: 3 days, appointment times available Thu-Sat, Aug 12-14 - removal for this auction is limited to these days only - no exceptions will be made.
IMPORTANT: door width is limited so removal will require disassembly of much of the equipment. Please come prepared with tools and manpower for removal. We will have carts on site that you may use.
There is a sticky film on some of the handles. A mild detergent seems to clean them right up.

Payment methods include cash, credit card up to $5,000, cashier's check and wire transfers. Buyers may pay online through the K-BID Dashboard prior to removal.
Check policy: I-35 Auctions accepts personal checks up to $2,500 with a valid photo I.D. Returned check fee is $35 or maximum allowable by law. We reserve the right to refuse any check. Amounts over $2,500 paid with check must be with certified funds.
PLEASE PICK UP YOUR ITEMS IN A TIMELY MANNER: This auction is taking place off-site and the tenant must vacate the property. No extended storage is available for this auction. Paid lots not picked up within five days of the close of the auction are considered abandoned and will become the property of I-35 Auctions. No notice or reminders will be made.
Items have not been tested unless otherwise described in the lot descriptions. I-35 Auctions makes no warranty as to the condition of items offered herein. Buyer is responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Used items come with used issues, including minor mechanical issues, interior and exterior imperfections. Pick up day is not inspection day.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries or damage to property while visiting the auction site.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
