Removals for this auction are by appointment only. Please keep entrances cleared as much as possible and observe all safety requirements listed below.
WHERE TO GO ON REMOVAL DAY: Enter the mandoor next to overhead Door #4. Entrance to Door 4 must be kept clear for deliveries when not loading. We will have a table set up inside where you will sign in. The company requires a mask and safety glasses during your visit. Steel toe shoes recommended. A forklift and driver will be available to assist you with loading. We cannot assist with securing or tying down customer's loads.
Stellar Industries and I-35 Auctions are not responsible for any injuries or property damage while on the premises. We will take utmost care when loading trucks and trailers but we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the buyer's vehicle during loading.

Payment methods include cash, credit card up to $5,000, cashier's check and wire transfers. Buyers may pay online through the K-BID Dashboard prior to removal.
Check policy: I-35 Auctions accepts personal checks up to $2,500 with a valid photo I.D. Returned check fee is $35 or maximum allowable by law. We reserve the right to refuse any check. Amounts over $2,500 paid with check must be with certified funds.
Paid lots not picked up within 21 days of the close of the auction are considered abandoned and will become the property of I-35 Auctions. No notice or reminders will be made.
Items have not been tested unless otherwise described in the lot descriptions. I-35 Auctions makes no warranty as to the condition of items offered herein. Buyer is responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Used items come with used issues, including minor mechanical issues, interior and exterior imperfections. Pick up day is not inspection day.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries or damage to property while visiting the auction site.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
