NOTE: Buyers Premium will NOT be refunded under any circumstances, all items are available for inspection before auction close. Removal is very easy at our site as you can park very close to where the products are located, no stairs or steps. **Additional inspections times can be made available if necessary. Removal must happen on the dates and times indicated unless other arrangements have been made. All no shows will be reported unless you communicate with us prior to the final pick up date. RETURNS POLICY
Our warranty program can include replacement with a same or similar device of same spec and value or a refund for the lots cost only!!
If you select shipping on a item and need to return it for whatever reason you will NOT be credited for any shipping charges inured.
You as the buyer are also responsible for shipping the return item back to us in protective packing. We recommend that you keep ALL of your original packaging until you know for sure you are satisfied. That way, if there is a issue you can pack it up the same way it was sent to you for its return trip back to us.
All returns will be processed within 48 hours. All outbound shipment will be shipped with 3 business days from the auction close.
