Patio World in Fargo needs to clear out some inventory, and this is an amazing opportunity for you! Up for sale are 63 pallets of brick--pavers, wall block, and edgers. These are being sold ONLY by the entire pallet.
Inspection is welcomed and can be done any time during Patio World open hours (M-F 8am-5pm).
There is a lot of flexibility on the pick-up of won items. If paid online via credit card, an invoice showing the paid status can be brought to Patio World during open hours, and they will be able to assist. Patio World has forklifts and will load your pallets on trailers as well. If bringing a smaller vehicle, you must bring your own help to load the bricks up, and some of these are VERY heavy--please prepare accordingly!
Patio World can also deliver at standard delivery rates. This includes delivery up to one hour distance, and the cost for delivery is: $125 base fee (total fee if delivered to Fargo) + $4 per loaded mile. (If you live 40 hours from Patio World, the delivery charge would be $285--$125 + $160.)
If you need to pay via cash/check, the pick-up will be a little different, as you'll need to come on the assigned day.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
