PICK-UP
PLEASE BRING YOUR PAID RECEIPT TO PICK UP ON PICK UP DAYS (PLEASE SEE PICK UP DAYS ON AUCTION'S DESCRIPTION SECTION) . SCHEDULE YOUR PICK UP ON KBID DASHBOARD.
If you are planning on picking up your item(s) or arranging your own shipping, you must pay in advance. A pick-up time MUST be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Our warehouses are available Monday through Friday, 9AM to 3PM local time for pick-ups. Same day appointments are subject to a $50.00 fee, payable prior to booking. This applies if you call to make your appointment prior to showing up. However, if your pick-up hasn’t been scheduled, and YOU SHOW UP AT THE WAREHOUSE FOR YOUR PRODUCT UNANNOUNCED, A $100.00 CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE. That must be paid prior to your product being released to you.
NOTE: Please leave a voice message for our representative to call back when you can't get a hold of a representative to book your pick up your appointment. We'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. Our representative can't call you back if you don't leave voice message.
If you can't make it to your pick up date please call to reschedule your pick up otherwise there will be $10 fee to reschedule if you miss your pick up date and don't call.
If you are sending an employee to pick-up, an “Authorization of Release” form will be required prior to booking your appointment.
LOADING
We assist with loading via forklift ONLY ! We do not provide any physical assistance with loading . You must bring appropriate equipment (trailers / trucks etc.) for removal of items. All loading is at our discretion. Most items are Prepacked for National Shipping. Any garbage left over (either on the ground or in our bins) will be charged at $50.00 fee.
Red Tag Industries and staff won't responsible for any damages to your item(s) or vehicle if you need loading assistance with forklift
Please confirm with our rep what trailer/equipment you will need to bring with you to pick up your items. Our warehouse staff won't provide any physical loading assistance.

Our terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. All items must sell through the auction process, no pre-sales. This is an AUCTION and not a retail purchase. All units are sold as-is, where-is with no warranties written or implied as to the usefulness, condition, or merchantability. We do our best to accurately describe all of our products. Please call if you wish to verify details of the items description. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Payments MUST be received within 7 calendar days of the auction or the bidder will be reported as No-Show.
We offer multiple payment options: Credit card (up to $1500.00) by phone or (up to $5000.00) online through your K-Bid account paying through PayTrace, wire transfer, cashier's check, and cash (all cash need to be exact change). Invoices over $1,500.00 CANNOT be paid via credit card over the phone. Cashier's checks can be mailed to the address on the invoice, but must be overnighted as you have 10 calendar days to pay. Please be advised that your bank or credit card company may charge you a wire transfer fee or foreign transaction fee, that is your responsibility (For Customers outside of USA).
For all online CC payments under $1,500: Appointments must be made after online payment has been made to schedule pickup within 10 calendar days of the auction closing. Failure to schedule an appointment and remove items within 10 calendar days of the auction will result in a $10/day storage fee to be paid prior to the items being released.
Applicable Sales Taxes MUST be collected.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
