Forklift and driver will be available for an additional fee. Some items are located on the basement level. Main level has a couple of steps to get down. Doorway will be opened up to accommodate removal of large machinery.
Due to liability, I-35 staff cannot assist with securing or tying down customer's loads. Buyers should come prepared to remove items on their own. If you are unable to remove and load items on your own, please bring extra helpers and/or carts with you to removal.
Office, Etc and I-35 Auctions are not responsible for any injuries or property damage while on the premises. We will take utmost care when loading trucks and trailers but we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the buyer's vehicle during loading.

PAYMENTS ARE DUE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF THE AUCTION CLOSE. Winning bidders who don't pay their invoices within 72 hours will be listed as no-shows unless arrangements have been made.

PLEASE PICK UP YOUR ITEMS IN A TIMELY MANNER: Paid lots left behind for more than 21 days are considered abandoned and will become the property of I-35 Auctions. No notice or reminders will be made.
Items have not been tested unless otherwise described in the lot descriptions. I-35 Auctions makes no warranty as to the condition of items offered herein. Buyer is responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Used items come with used issues, including minor mechanical issues, interior and exterior imperfections. Pick up day is not inspection day.
I-35 Auctions is not responsible for accidents, injuries or damage to property while visiting the auction site.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
LIMITED SHIPPING: Due to the location of this auction, we are limiting the number of items eligible for shipping. Check the lot before bidding to see if it is eligible for shipping.
Wait to pay for your lot until shipping and handling charges have been added. Shipments will take place the following Thursday.
Parcels shipped in the Midwest are sent via Spee-Dee. Parcels shipped outside the Midwest are sent via FedEx. We do no ship internationally.
Pallet shipments via Spee-Dee.
If you wish to have your items shipped, contact I-35 Auctions within 72 hours of the close of the auction. Shipping and handling fees will be added to your invoice and you can make one payment on the K-BID Dashboard for both the lots and S/H fee.
Combined shipping of multiple lots is available. One low $15 handling fee applies to most parcel shipments, plus freight. Large orders, oversized items or items requiring special packaging will be charged a higher handling fee.
For freight shipments, there is a minimum $35 per pallet fee plus the cost of shipping.
We encourage you to complete the payment process online on your K-BID Dashboard prior to arriving for your removal time.
