The truck is back from the Ford dealer. The error codes were related to the reductant heater control circuit (exhaust emission control). Ford replaced the DEF tank heater and sender assembly. There are no check engine lights or warnings now.

This is a 2011 Ford F-250 Super Duty Crew Cab Lariat Pickup. This is a really gorgeous truck! All leather, and loaded with options. The tires are nice and have low miles on them, and the body is exceptional. This also includes the hitch for a 5th wheel.
This is in fantastic condition, with only a few minor dings to the body (and bumper), and an interior that has little wear. It appears this has been used by a single party almost exclusively, as there are almost no signs of use in the back or passenger's seats. This was driven about an hour to its current location and drove great with no issues. The check engine light is currently on, and there is a self-diagnostic system that displays codes without having to plug in a scanner. In this case, there are two codes that have to do with the diesel exhaust emissions system. As a safety measure, this has safeguards that could make the truck inoperable if not corrected quickly so, while this is being disclosed and pictured, this is currently at the Ford dealer being repaired under a recall. I will update the information here as soon as we have the vehicle back.

The winning bidder will be responsible for all taxes/fees associated with registering the vehicle and, as such, there will be no sales tax associated with the invoice.
No shipping is being offered on this, but we are flexible on the pick-up date--as long as the item is paid for immediately.

Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Only 3 payment methods will be offered on this auction:
1. Wire transfer - This is the preferred method, as the payment is close to instant and can ensure a quick transaction
2. Cashier's check - This will be acceptable, but the check will need to clear before the title can be handed over. If you have a local bank here, we may be able to expedite this if I can be at the bank with you when you have the check created.
3. Personal check - This is least preferred due to the lengthy time to clear. However, if this is your only option and you are willing to wait, we will accept this method.
