This elegant solid wood wall unit can be the perfect answer to keeping an extra full bed available, but stored out of sight! Purchased from Gabberts and manufactured by Sligh of Holland MI, the unit consists of two large pieces which fit together with 3 narrow panels that allow them to blend elegantly together. The set will need to be anchored to the wall with included brackets.
Dimensions of entire unit: 101.5" l x 24.5" d x 80" tall.
The bed area is 55" wide and should accommodate a full mattress (not included). The bed portion is held upright by 2 sliding locks. When released, the bed pulls down smoothly and rests on 2 attached legs. We could not picture the bed fully extended because it is not currently attached to a wall and it does not have the weight of a mattress present to weight it down. Note the handy shelf present above the bed when open.
The adjoining shelving unit has 2 file drawers with dovetail construction - see photos, and 2 adjustable shelves. There are 2 spots of residue on the bottom shelf of the unit. Overall condition of the unit is very, very good. The wood surfaces are all beautifully finished with almost no scratches. The hardware is also in very fine condition. See photos for additional details.
This unit matches the Sligh Brand Wood Desk w/ Leather Top in lot 64 of this auction.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping will be available for smaller items at the cost of shipping in addition to our processing fees. Our processing fee structure is as follows:
AFTER you have paid for your items on K-Bid, a separate invoice for the cost of shipping will be emailed to you.
We can not ship your items until you have paid your K-Bid invoice.
Smaller lots may be able to be bundled together- Inquire beforehand.
Shipping fees cannot be calculated in advance as the items have to be packaged and the package weighed and measured before shipping fees can be calculated.
Once the items have been sent to the shipping department and have been packaged for mail and you have been sent an invoice, picking up your item will no longer be an option as time and money will have been spent to package up your item/s. Thank you.
Do not assume we will be available to ship your item. Call the number provided before bidding to ensure that your item is available for shipping. IF YOU WIN AN ITEM THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING, AND YOU CAN NOT PICK UP- NO REFUND WILL BE AVAILABLE.
