This auction literally includes a little bit of everything so be sure to look through all the items.
First up, a 1939/40 Caterpillar Grader that runs great. Electric pallet jack, New Tires, gifts for Christmas, but you have to get through Halloween first so there are more Gummy Bears. Big lots for resellers and flea market folks. Who knows what you might find.

Payments accepted: Cash, online payment and credit cards at the auction location(CC only up to $5,000) will be accepted.
Late Removals: Please acknowledge and abide by the removal dates/times. I am not at this location on a daily basis and have a half hour drive to get there, so I would appreciate you showing up on designated days.
Any items not paid for or removed by 5 days after the pickup day will be considered abandoned and will be resold. No refund will be given for these items. Once we pay our sellers we cannot make adjustments. Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is available for additional cost. Please follow these instructions if you require shipping:
1. Verify that the item(s) are eligible for shipping on the item detail page.
2. Pay your winning invoice online in K-BID from your bidder dashboard.
3. Call 507-327-6496 with your bidder number and credit card for payment of shipping.
4. Once the item is shipped, usually in a few days, you will receive a receipt of the shipping amount.
We charge a $10 handling fee plus the cost of shipping.
I typically use UPS and USPS for shipping. I only use Speedee if I have a large number of packages for the same day due to their trip fee of $20.
