Winning bidders MUST schedule a removal appointment online for Friday or Saturday, Nov 19 or 20. No exceptions unless item is being shipped and previous arrangements have been made. Our presence on-site is based on appointments scheduled, not for hours posted. Please call us at 651-351-0038 if you are having issues with scheduling an appointment. We are happy to assist you and will fit you in if a time is already reserved or make other arrangements.
You will be responsible for safe removal of items so please plan accordingly to bring assistance. If you have won items you cannot carry on your own, please make sure you bring extra help. Some items may reside on lower level which may require steps from removal (noted in lot details, if applicable). Please remember to bring packing materials such as bags, boxes or necessary wrap to safely transport your items. Thank you

Pick-ups are expected on the Pick-Up Dates provided. No exceptions. In the event you have contacted Home to Sweet Home and a later pick-up is approved, your payment is still due during the initial removal time. There will be a late removal fee of $25.00.
Everything is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. There are NO Refunds, No Returns. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase as they have not been tested. Please review the Auction Inspection Date and location for details.
Inspection and removal times are firm. Do not bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal times and day. At the close of the removal, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWs and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion. No refunds will be given for abandoned lots.
Please plan accordingly for the proper help and equipment you will need for removal.
Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
We generally do not offer shipping. Please call before bidding if you'd like to discuss an exception for a particular lot/item of interest. IF shipping is approved, bidder/buyer will pay all shipping costs PLUS a $10.00 handling fee per lot.
Online payments are happily accepted. However, if you need shipping, please contact us first at 651-351-0038 to see if shipping to your location is available and to arrange for separate invoicing for shipping and handling prior to the item being shipped.
