The Panasonic Whisper Choice FV-0811RQ1 is an ENERGY STAR certified exhaust fan with Pick-A-Flow CFM. It is powerful, extremely quiet, energy efficient, long lasting and easy to install in the ceiling with the Flex-Z Fast Installation Bracket. Your solution for ventilation in medium to large size rooms, it is perfect for the bathroom, laundry room, sun room, basement or garage. The elegant grill design compliments any room design. The customizable Pick-A-Flow Speed Selector offers flexibility with a choice of airflow 80 or 110 CFM -1-fan you choose your CFM. It simplifies the selection process and ensures optimum CFM performance.
Extremely quiet: with less than 0.3 sones at 80 CFM and 0.4 sones at 110 CFM, this fan operates just as loud as an actual whisper

ALL Items are to be paid for & picked-up on the scheduled removal day UNLESS ARRANGEMENTS have been made BEFORE THE END OF THE PICK UP DATE. A storage fee of $15 will be applied to all invoices not paid for and picked up at by the end of the scheduled pick up date.
Any bidder's invoices not paid for and removed by the end of the last pick up date will be reported as a "No Show"
Any items that are not picked up within 5 days (including Saturday's and Sunday's) of the scheduled pick up date, regardless of payment status, will be forfeited. No credits / refunds / reimbursements will be given for any paid items not picked up on the scheduled pick up dates.Auction Terms Addendum

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is available for smaller items in this auction.
We will NOT ship oversized items or large lots of breakable items. Please refer to the lot details to see if an item qualifies for shipping.
