The items in this auction will load out from a warehouse in Plymouth Minnesota from 9-2 on Tuesday, November 9th. Signs in the parking lot will guide you to the back of the building ( the north side ) and indicate which loading dock will be for the auction.
The only way to load out is from a true dock height loading dock ( about 54" high ) there is a floating dock plate to accommodate slight variances in vehicle heights but EVERYTHING WILL BE LOADED FROM THE DOCK AND HAS TO GO OUT AT DOCK HEIGHT. THERE WILL BE ASSISTANCE WITH LOADING DOCK HEIGHT VEHICLES.
THERE IS A PEDESTRIAN DOOR WITH STAIRS NEXT TO THE DOCK, BUT ZERO ASSISTANCE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU GET THIS MERCHANDISE OUT, YOU WILL HAVE TO GET IT DOWN THE STAIRS AND OUT TO YOUR VEHICLE WITHOUT ANY ASSISTANCE WHATSOEVER. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN MAN POWER.

We do not take personal or business checks. We take visa and master card for up to $3,000.00. Wire transfers and cash are always welcome. For purchases over $3000.00 a wire transfer, Cashier Check or cash are the best way to go. A Cashier Check must be made out to M.A.Williams Auction.
Bidders are required to attend the scheduled removal to pay their invoice and pick up their lots. Alternative removal dates can be arranged for some M.A. Williams Auctions for a $25 service charge per invoice. If alternative arrangements are required, the bidder must pre-arrange the date and time with M.A. Williams Auctions (612-819-7859). Alternative removals must take place within 7 calendar days of the scheduled removal date of the auction or the merchandise will be considered abandoned.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
