Inspection & Removal

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
$245 delivery to anywhere within 30 Miles of Minneapolis. If you wish to have your vehicle delivered please email us at DELIVERY@mnautoauctions.com with your address and we will update your invoice to reflect the exact amount due including delivery. All vehicles that are delivered MUST be prepaid online through the SQUARE app on the K-bid.com website AFTER you email us and we update your invoice. NO CASH OR CHECKS on delivery.
Standard delivery is still available for $2.55 per loaded mile OUTSIDE OF THE METRO AREA. Minimum delivery fee is $100. WE ALSO SHIP NATIONWIDE!!
Payment in person is preferred due to the likelihood of decreased title transfer fees.
