Our Marinex Marine Grade fabric is a heavy duty 7 oz. true loom-woven polyester constructed of 600 x 300 denier filament polyester yarns and 99 thread count. It is coated with Durapel UV inhibitor and an Anti-Microbial finish that makes it UV and mildew resistant. The result is an incredibly strong yet breathable product that will provide protection for your RV for many years to come.
We do our best to describe the items listed to the best of our ability. Please keep in mind that all items are sold "as is, where is". Most of the items we sell have been used and do have normal use wear. You are buying from an auction, not a retail store.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds. You are encouraged to review the photos in detail and schedule an individual appointment to view the items personally.
If you are unable to pick up your items on pick-up day, we can hold your items for up to one week, BUT you need to pay your invoice and notify us by the end of the day on pick-up day. Any items not picked up after 1 week will be considered abandoned and forfeited by the buyer. Sorry, but there are NO EXCEPTIONS. We need as much space as possible for upcoming auction merchandise. We appreciate your cooperation:)

Second Story's LLC reserves the right to charge a $25 per day late pickup fee per item for bidders who are unable to attend the stated removal dates or have arrangements made for pickup.
By participating in this auction, you release Second Story's LLC of any liability of damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Please, don't assume that we will be able to ship your item(s). There is no guarantee that we can ship and we will make that decision on a case by case basis.
Remember, it is best to call ahead to confirm that we can ship item(s) that you are bidding on.
We only ship through the US Postal Service and charge a minimum $10 handling fee per package (this can be higher depending on number of items/size).
If you have items too large to ship via USPS, you will need to arrange your own shipping service and have your items picked up at our location. You also need to let us know by the end of removal day if you would like to have items shipped.
