All items on this auction are offsite and are located either by or in Roslyn, SD, which is about 11 miles from our site. I will have a set time for inspection and removal, however we are available at other times, so if you the inspector/buyer needs another time arranged we can probably work it out. Also, if a different removal time is needed that would be fine, but payment is due on the stated date of removal. We only will hold things for 30 days before the item will be removed or resold by Wants-NESD, even if it has been paid for unless other arrangements are made with us. Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Any kind of shipping through FED EX, USPS, UPS, mailing of any sort, is not available at this time. We do not offer that kind of shipping yet. Hopefully in the future we will.
However, delivery is a possibility depending on location and at additional costs as long as items are paid for by the removal date.
