Items are open for inspection on January 14th, 15th and 16th from 10:00am to 5:00pm
All items in this auction are part of an estate and all items are used unless otherwise indicated on the indivudual lot. This being said, buyers should expect that items will show signs of use, including slight to moderate wear, small chips, etc.
Collectible items are vintage and may have minor flaws (chips, cracks etc). All major defects are disclosed on each lot and small imperfections should be excpected on all items, unless otherwise stated. No refunds are offered on any items.
It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect items prior to bidding
WInning bidders are responsible for moving and loading their items. Some items are heavy/large so bring help to move/load.

ALL Items must be picked up on the scheduled removal date of Tuesday, January 18th 2022 from 11:00am to 5:30pm. . The EXCEPTION to this is the winning bidder on the John Deere Tractor, which a pick up date must be picked up within 7 days of auction end.

Payments accepted: Cash, wire transfer or credit card (CC only up to $5,000) will be accepted. Please contact (507) 351-4785 for wire transfer information. A $30 fee will be added for all wire transfers.

All invoices are to be paid for & winning lots picked-up on the scheduled removal day UNLESS SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS have been made BEFORE 5:00pm on January 18th 2022.
Any bidder's invoices not paid for and removed by the 6:00pm of the last pick up date will be reported as a "No Show"
Any items that are not picked up or shipping arragements made on the scheduled removal date of the scheduled pick up date, regardless of payment status, will be forfeited. No credits / refunds / reimbursements will be given for any paid items not picked up on the scheduled pick up date.Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is available for smaller items in this auction.
We will NOT ship oversized items or large lots of breakable items. Please refer to the lot details to see if an item qualifies for shipping.

A handling fee up to $15.00 will be added to all shipping invoices.
Online payments, when applicable, are encouraged to expedite the pick up process.
