Especially the part about contacting us BEFORE the END (end meaning this auction and all transactions for this auction need to be completed before the end because it is over at the end!)...BEFORE the END of the pick up scheduled time, which is 7pm on the 17th for this auction.
Or forfeit your items.
It is difficult to run efficiently when we have to continue to find items from past auctions because no one contacted us during the time frame we allow for that auction.

If you live in the Hutchison area, or go to A.L.A. frequently, feel free to bid and follow these instructions. Call 320-423-9488 before the end of the pick up time and let them know that you would like your items brought to Hutchinson. Keep in mind it may not happen immediately, we will contact you when they have been delivered to Jeff at A.L.A. in Hutchinson. Please remember to pay online and call before the end of the scheduled pick up time. If we do not hear from you by then we will close the auction and mark you as a no show and your items will be forfeited.Thank you, we appreciate your business!
Upon arrival at pick up site please text the number on your invoice or honk your horn and follow K-Bid signs to collect your items.
For easiest removal pay your invoice online or have exact cash in hand, no credit or debit cards will be allowed at pick up site.
If you would like shipping please pay your invoice online and follow the instructions on the shipping tab before removal time. Your items will be forfeited if we have not heard from you by the end of the removal time.
Shipping costs cannot be added to your invoice, you will be charged separately for the cost of shipping. Pay your invoice and follow instructions on shipping tab.

Any removal out of our SCHEDULED REMOVAL TIMES will be subject to a MINIMUM $20.00 transfer charge.
If you feel a item was not listed properly, you have one week to make your case. If we feel a refund is in order, item will need to be returned to us within one week of removal. Once we pay our sellers we cannot make adjustments. Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.

We will combine shipping cost on multiple items to provide the best possible value. The $12.00 - $25.00 minimum shipping and handling cost will cover most standard size packages within Spee-Dee delivery area. Ship-able items are considered those that will fit in a box one person can carry. Larger or heavier items can be secured to a pallet for a $25.00 charge and BUYER will be responsible to arrange a carrier (Spee Dee LTL is a good service). If you are unable to make the removal date, please contact ALA at 320-327-2622 to discuss shipping.
We offer very economical shipping, but only ship once per week, based on getting the most packages in the shipment from all our auctions. This means a particular package may not ship for up to a week, plus the carrier time. If you need faster service please call to discuss expedited Shipping Charges PRIOR to bidding. Items that are not PAID with a credit card over the phone or other means by the end of the pickup date will be considered no show and abandoned.
When paying online please let the cashier know that you have paid online at the removal or text 320-327-2622 for shipping arrangements PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SCHEDULED REMOVAL.
