The Panasonic Whisper Thin FV-0810RSL1 exhaust fan with LED light and nightlight is the lowest profile fan in the market. It is powerful, extremely quiet, energy efficient, long lasting and easy to install in the ceiling or wall with an L-Shaped Bracket.
Fan height: the lowest profile fan at 3-3/8 in. deep is UL Listed for ceiling or wall installation
Lighting: LED lighting includes a 10-Watt dimmable LED chip panel in a 3000K-warm white color with 700 Lumens for a 50,000 hour rated average life and a less than 1-Watt LED night light (nightlight must be wired separately)
Extremely quiet: with less than 0.5 sones at 80 CFM and 1.1 sones at 100 CFM, this fan operates just as loud as an actual whisper
Easy to install: built in L-shaped bracket simplifies installation offering strong support

ALL Items must be picked up on the scheduled removal date. The EXCEPTION to this is the winning bidder on the John Deere Tractor, which a pick up date must be scheduled within 10 days of auction end.
All invoices are to be paid for & winning lots picked-up on the scheduled removal day UNLESS SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS have been made BEFORE 5:00pm on January 18th 2022.
Any bidder's invoices not paid for and removed by the 6:00pm of the last pick up date will be reported as a "No Show"
Any items that are not picked up or shipping arragements made on the scheduled removal date of the scheduled pick up date, regardless of payment status, will be forfeited. No credits / refunds / reimbursements will be given for any paid items not picked up on the scheduled pick up date.Auction Terms Addendum

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is available for smaller items in this auction.
We will NOT ship oversized items or large lots of breakable items. Please refer to the lot details to see if an item qualifies for shipping.

A handling fee up to $15.00 will be added to all shipping invoices.
