When you purchase a firearm or ammo make sure you are aware of the following:
1) If purchasing a firearm, be sure you have plenty of time and patience to fill out the necessary paperwork.
2) Your bidder information MUST match your real name. Absolutely no nicknames, street names or other aliases.
3) We accept cash, check, or credit card in person at the time of pickup. Payments may not be made online for this auction.
4) For all firearm purchases, bring your MN Driver’s License with you.
5) You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase rifles, shotguns, and ammunition. You must be 21 to purchase a handgun. NO exceptions.
6) For handgun purchases, you must bring a Permit to Purchase or a Conceal and Carry permit. It must match your ID and your bidder information or we cannot process the sale.
7) Unless we ship your firearm to another FFL holder, a $25 NICS/Transfer charge will apply for each firearm – there are NO exceptions.
8) The minimum charge to ship a rifle, shotgun, or muzzleloader is $50. A pistol or revolver is $40.
9) Firearms may only be shipped to Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Eastern Nebraska (SpeeDee Delivery Area).
10) NPS Auctions WILL NOT hold firearms past the removal dates. If you are unable to pick up your firearm during the removal dates and times, you will be marked as a no-show and the firearm will be re-auctioned.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES!
The rules set forth are for your protection and ours. If you decline or are unable to comply with any of the rules mentioned above, please do not bid. Under Federal law, in order for a Licensed Dealer to lawfully transfer a handgun or militarized rifle to a person who resides out of State, the firearm must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) within the bidder’s State of residence. The bidder may then receive the firearm from the FFL upon completion of an ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check fee, which can vary from that listed on the final invoice.

Read our detailed descriptions thoroughly! We have done our best to represent our items as accurately as possible, so please keep that in mind when placing your bids. As with all auctions, the Buyer is responsible for inspecting all items prior to bidding. Items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees or warranties. Unless otherwise noted, all items on this auction have been previously owned and are considered used unless specifically listed as NEW or NEW OLD STOCK.
It is your responsibility to inspect prior to purchase. A ‘Test Drive’ does not equal a full mechanical inspection and will not reveal all mechanical issues. Photographs are considered part of the item description, please use all information provided to you to assess the value of this item before bidding. As with all used vehicles, any vehicle sold on auction by NPS Auctions may come with typical used vehicle issues, including minor mechanical issues and past due maintenance. By placing a bid on this auction you agree to abide by these terms.
If an item states "Tested and Works or Runs" in the description it means that the item was turned on by one of the NPS Auction Staff. It DOES NOT guarantee that the item works perfect or was tested for the exact application it is used for. Please inspect each item to know what you are buying before bidding on the item. No refunds will be given after the auction ends.
If you are unable or unsure if you'll be able to pick up or pay for your items at the close of the auction, please do not bid.

Loadout
Pickup times are only as listed.
Failure to pay for and pick up items at the listed load out time--whether deterred by weather, ill health, malfunctioning transportation, family emergency, act of God/Buddha/SpongeBob, or scheduling conflicts--will result in your account being marked as a no-show and will put your bidding privileges with K-BID in jeopardy. We suggest someone else pick the items up for you in case you can't make it.
If we do not hear from you by the end of the load out, we will consider the items abandoned with no refund. Do not call to see if you can pick up after the load out dates and assume your items are still in our possession. Our fantastic sellers promptly pick up their unsold items right away.
Please bring help, the proper tools, and the necessary equipment to load your items as auction staff is typically busy during pickup times. For auctions held at our facility, a forklift is available to assist in loading large items from the ground level. There is no charge for this service. The Auctioneer, NPS Auctions Inc., and/or the property owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal.
Failure to load your items by the end of the auction pickup time will result in a $50/hour staffing charge (minimum 1 hour), payable in cash at the time of loadout.
It is your complete and total responsibility to ensure any and all items you won are present and accounted for in your vehicle before leaving the auction site.
Items that are not paid for with a credit card online or over the phone by the end of the pickup date will be considered no show and abandoned. This will jeopardize your bidding status with K-BID.
If items are paid for and have not been picked up, items are forfeited and considered abandoned. Refunds will not be given under these circumstances.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
