One month later, Alan Shepard becomes the first American in space. The comic book character of Spider-Man makes his debut in the Amazing Fantasy #15 comic. United States President John F. Kennedy is assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald. Sidney Poitier wins the Academy Award for "Best Actor" becoming the first black actor to win that honor. The Vietnam War escalates and opposition to it begins to mount as anti-Vietnam protests become more common. The first episode of the popular television show "Star Trek" airs. The Green Bay Packers and the Kansas City Chiefs play against each other in the first Super Bowl, with the Packers winning 35 to 10. Civil Rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. is assassinated in April by James Earl Ray. The popular children's television show "Sesame Street" debuts.

Late removals should not be expected. A $25 trip charge per item will be charged to schedule late removals. We cannot accommodate special dates and times for pick ups. The removal schedule is set for a specific date and time for a reason. Please review the removal schedule and make sure you are available on those dates/times. Thank you.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping will be available for smaller items at the cost of shipping in addition to our processing fees.
We can ship FedEx and Speedy. Please contact us for shipping details. We charge $20 for Package & Handling per Lot (This rate can change depending on quantity of items in lot) We may combine lot's. PLUS shipping fees.
