Please Note: There IS Loading Equipment onsite to assist with loading on removal days. Also, There is Both Ground-Level AND Dock Height Loading available. We have 3 days for removal. If you are outside the 5 state area of MN and you need additional days to arrange pick up of your items - you Need to contact Mike at 612-432-1321 to arrange a specific pick up time and payment of your invoice. No exceptions.
Auction Closing Details: This Auction is Closing Monday, February 21st, starting at 3 pm. The first 10 items will close 1 item per minute. After the first 10 items, every minute - 7 items will close. Please understand, each item has its own countdown clock so follow the clock for the item you are bidding on to know when that item closes. Because of the number of items on this sale and in order to give bidders time to find and bid on the items, it will take over 3 hours to fully close all items on the auction. Removal day is not an inspection day.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Due to the size of this auction, shipping is not available through Surplus Liquidation Auctions.
Winning bidders may work with 3rd party shipping companies to coordinate shipping within the 3 day removal period. Please call with any questions.
