Owner of a 10 acre hobby farm in Long Lake, MN (and busy executive), is relocating. All equipment to run the farm must go. All items are of the highest quality, well maintained, have been on a strict service schedule and stored indoors, in the heated pole barn. Ammunition, rifle scope and sight are also part of this auction. The quality of all items in this auction are exceptional.

At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

You will need to have a trailer for the Kubota B7800 tractor and the 3 non attached accessories (mower, snow blower and forklifts) the Zero mower will also have to be picked up with a trailer or be loaded on a large pickup truck.
