The DEWALT Jackson is a durable, rugged full grain leather boot made for just about any job. The boot is completely waterproof using a full booty membrane construction and has a 3/4 tongue gusset to keep out water and debris. DEWALT includes its Dri-Lex DL aerospace mesh lining for comfort and breathability, and a soft padded collar and tongue for a secure fit. The Jackson has a steel toe for protection and a TPU shank for additional stability. The boot has an oil and slip resistant TPU outsole and a dual density EVA midsole for stability and cushioning. The aggressive tread pattern is suitable for either indoor or outdoor use. DEWALT added a textured rubber toe and heel guard for extended durability and abrasion resistance. A full length, removable PU insole with extra-heel cushioning and arch support, helps absorb shock and provides all-day comfort. The Jackson is treated with DEWALT's antimicrobial silver technology to help eliminate odor. *BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES WITH YOUR ITEMS you are responsible to INSPECT your lots to make sure you got all of the correct items AS WELL AS making sure what you got is how it was described on the auction site (functionality, cosmetics, etc.)
*All items must be removed by the winning bidder. If you win a lot that has multiple items in it, your responsible to take all of the items in that lot. For example, if you win an entire bedroom but only wanted the dresser, you're still responsible to remove all the other items in that bedroom lot. Your bidding availability may be restricted if you don't follow these guidelines.
*Sometimes due to the size of the auction, things do get mixed up. Please make sure what you have is what you bid on. We will not entertain any refunds or bring you items that you missed after the item has left the estate.

*All items must be removed by the winning bidder. If you win a lot that has multiple items in it, your responsible to take all of the items in that lot. **Items that are not PAID with a credit card over the phone or other means by the end of the pickup date will be considered no show and abandoned

We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards either in person or by phone, PayPal, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders.
Any removal out of our SCHEDULED REMOVAL TIMES will be subject to a MINIMUM $20.00 transfer charge.
If you feel a item was not listed properly, you have one week to make your case. If we feel a refund is in order, item will need to be returned to us within one week of removal. Once we pay our sellers we cannot make adjustments. Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

We use a 3rd party shipper to ship all of our items! they charge a $10 minimum handling/ packing fee and the price will go up depending how much packing and handling is required to ship plus the actual shipping cost. They charge for labor, packing material and shipping. We use SPEEDEE , USPS, and FEDEX. Rates will vary depending on Size and weight. We will do our best to get your items to the shipping company as soon as possible based on business.
When paying online please let the cashier know that you have paid online at the removal.
