Please make every effort to pickup on the designated days. I am not here everyday and have a half hour drive to get there, and at todays prices it costs me for each trip.
If I do not hear from you by the end of pickup, you will be marked as a No Show which potentially will prevent you from bidding on K-Bid in the future.

Items that are not PAID with a credit card over the phone or other means by the end of the pickup date(s) will be considered no show and abandoned We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards either in person or by phone, PayPal, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders. We have a forklift on site and will help you load larger items. STJ is not liable for any injuries or damage during removal. At the time the winning bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership of the asset and risk of loss or damage passes immediately to the bidder. Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store.
Any items not removed by 5 days after the pickup day will be considered abandoned and will be resold. No refund will be given for these items.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is available for additional cost. Please follow these instructions if you require shipping:
1. Verify that the item(s) are eligible for shipping on the item detail page.
2. Call 507-327-6496 with your bidder number and credit card for payment of your item and shipping.
We charge a $10 handling fee per box full, plus the cost of shipping.
I typically use UPS and USPS for shipping. I only use Speedee if I have a large number of packages for the same day due to their trip fee.
